We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Lost or Damaged Items
We send our items either by trackable courier or for lighter orders Royal Mail recorded scanned service. Should your item not arrive, please contact us so that we may investigate.
If your item arrives with visible damage to the packaging, please check that your items are all in good condition before accepting. If there is damage to your items but it arrived in undamaged packaging, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt.
If you receive a defective item, please get in contact with us as soon as you realise the fault.
We will endeavour to work with our customers for all refunds and damages, and this does not affect your statutory rights.
